About this deal

For the first time ever, fans will feel the electricity of a living stadium, and experience the majesty of the world’s greatest football theatres. Players now have four times the decision making ability than the current generation of footballers in EA SPORTS FIFA, enabling each player to have Pro Instincts—human-like reactions, anticipation, and instincts. The leap forward in intelligence is matched by innovations that deliver true player motion. Now in FIFA 14, every step matters with Precision Movement that enables players to explode out of each step and every turn like real athletes, preserving their natural momentum. Plus, the artistry and athleticism of footballers will come to life with Elite Technique that world class players express in every match. The Android and iOS versions were released on 21 September 2013. They were the first FIFA games to be released under the free-to-play pricing model.

For the first time ever in the FIFA series, multiple players can compete for balls in the air. Not only will there be situations where three or four players can all vie for ball, but each will also have greater control with a variety of new headers. Players will be able to adjust the power, angle and direction of the header as they contest for the ball.PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game feature a new game engine called the Ignite Engine. This features both graphical and gameplay advances on the previous game engine used by the FIFA series, the Impact Engine (which is used for the PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 versions of the game [8]). Improvements include advanced AI to make players react more like real human beings (such as becoming anxious towards the end of a game when their team needs to score), "True Player Motion" to create more realistic movement from the players, and more enhanced realism for environmental features such as weather and the crowd, which responds to what is happening on the pitch in a manner similar to a real crowd (such as lamenting a near miss). [9] It was initially thought that the PC version of the game would also feature the Ignite Engine, but in May 2013, EA Sports confirmed this would not be the case. [10] Licenses [ edit ] The sport will never feel the same after today as EA SPORTS has announced FIFA 14 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Thanks to the technology of the EA SPORTS IGNITE engine, Pro Instincts will make players appear more life-like with better reactions, anticipation and instincts. With Precision Movement, players will turn, move and maintain natural momentum, while Elite Technique will show off their true athleticism. All the Leagues and Clubs in FIFA 14".
