The upper combines precise foothold, especially around the heel, resistant fabrics and anti-debris mesh. I also really love the lacing system. It may be a challenge to get the fit perfect for some, but it works well enough and you never need to lace or unlace your shoes ever again which may seem like a simple pleasure but in actuality is a surprising luxury.
