The product comes in a hard plastic casing, and I must admit, I found it quite difficult to get it out! This is easily forgiven, since it's the only negative I could come up with.

Remove anything worthwhile ...if you hold it very lightly it will create a small amount of dust but not actually remove the hard skin...if you press harder it stops..regretted wasting the money after first use...better results with a hand held foot file
