For the arms i took an old long sleeve t-shirt that I had and covered the sleeves with silicone and painted them in the same green colors that the rest of the costume was painted. Forming the Body

This is the first time I've done such a detailed Instructable, I should have taken more pictures along the way. Firstly to get the initial shape I bent some garden wire to shape the mouth and attached this to the hardhat using cable ties. I made the mouth a little bit bigger so I can still have visibility when wearing the costume. Now, while our selection of Slimer costumes can’t grant you all of the green ghost’s abilities, it can get you feeling like the mischief-maker in time for Halloween!
