I have a Sony strdh 550 which is great, delivering a clean neutral, accurate sound. I am thinking of upgrading to the model 590 for the 4k pass through and HDR. Would an upgrade provide a significant improvement over all? It supports the AAC codec, so most Apple device users should get the best Bluetooth sound possible. It doesn’t support aptX, nor Sony’s LDAC.
