When you only have lies and partial truths to lead you, the narrative is going to spin out of control and by the time this holiday ends, someone will be dead. I listened to the audio and thought both narrators did a great job. This book lent itself perfectly to a dual narration. The wives, Nicola and Kim, roll their eyes at the men's stupidity and run interference as needed, but they are secure in their friendship and determined not to let the men ruin their weekend. Wow! ... Amazing book … I was on pins and needles til the very end! What a plot twist!... You will not want to put this down.
