The book details how Wim Hof believes that cold therapy can affect the autoimmune system and improve the bodies immunity to illness. Wim believes that he can control his autonomic nervous system and the book details some studies and individual experiences that seem to demonstrate an improved immune response through the use of cold therapy and breathing exercises.In addition, through Richard Kuklinski's relationship with the mob, we get to know many gangsters and their lives.
