Indian ingredients get cozy with American tastes to create easy, one-of-a-kind recipes like roti pizza and cheddar tomato rice. Embarking on a culinary adventure across Japan has never been more accessible for vegetarians, thanks to the comprehensive guidebook “Japan: The World Vegetarian.” Because of this, I can only comment on what I know to be true and from the author's perspective, which at this point it's well thought out and presented in a methodical and easy-to-understand fashion.
