To even improve 5-10-5 or 10m sprint time by even .01 seconds is great. In both tests, the insoles helped improve my times by about 0.05 seconds +/- 0.03I hadn’t felt that much of an explosive first step since I was in college 5 years ago. From the first step I felt higher on my toes and propelled further forward with each stride. My basketball player entering high school would not be happy without his vktory! I liked the insoles (golf pro) overall, but ended up returning them, mainly because my needs at this point in time are more focused on arch support. Not to say these don't have any, but I just needed something more targeted towards that for my feet. Customer service was helpful overall as well, and the return process was largely smooth Although running on clouds sounds nice, cushioning can have a greater negative effect than positive. Whereas, carbon fiber, although rigid, promotes healthier energy transfer from ground to leg. VKs provide added stability and protection for the ankle joint, increase energy efficiency and protect against shin splints.These have helped with pain from big toe arthritis (Hallux limitus) and support is very responsive. They do wear out eventually depending on how hard you use them.
