Great tool to have handy for magnetizing / demagnetizing micro drivers. I use mostly Wera micro drivers—both ESD and non-ESD. Also have a Wera 073403 Star magnetizer / demagnetizer. Can’t say which one I like better. Both do the job. Wera magnetiser to magnetise and demagnetise tools to ensure the screw remains firmly on the blade.
