About this deal

This easy 3 ingredient recipe is such a popular one! If you haven’t seen our Unicorn Slime made with it, head over to watch the video on how it’s done! Optional) – Add up to 1/4 cup of water if you’d like a more stretchy slime. While water is not needed it really helps the slime become more stretchy so we do recommend adding about 1/4 cup of water to the slime. We love seeing what you’ve made! Slime Safety & Precautions Hyaluronan, sulfobetaine, poloxamine, boric acid, sodium borate, edetate disodium and sodium chloride and preserved with a dual disinfection system (polyaminopropyl biguanide 0.00013% and polyquaternium 0.0001%)

If you notice any skin irritation, discontinue use immediately. If you have sensitive skin, wear gloves while making and playing with the slime.

Knead and mix thoroughly before adding more as you do not want to add too much or your slime will get too hard. This product comes with a case that converts the hydrogen peroxide into saline within a few hours. People should avoid getting hydrogen peroxide in or near the eye, as this can result in stinging, burning, irritation, eye pain, or injury. Add your 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and mix in thoroughly. Also add up to 1/4 cup of water if you want a more stretchy slime. Slime is a science experiment and should be made and played with in moderation. Do not allow children to make their own slime and do not play with slime for an extended period of time.

Bottle of Elmer’s Glue (6 oz)– we like to buy the gallon size and then measure out for savings – you can use 3/4 cup of glue if you have a larger bottle. If you want to get a similar effect to the photos in this post, you’ll need to buy Elmer’s glitter glueand review our Unicorn slime recipe. An in vitro lysozyme activity assay was used to determine the ability of BPZ02 to prevent the denaturation of lysozyme, in comparison to multiple marketed multi- purpose solutions. This assay is based on the ability of lysozyme to digest the cell wall of micro-organisms in a suspension. The results indicate that BPZ02 has the ability to stabilize lysozyme in its native form under chemical denaturation conditions that typically denature lysozyme. Statistically significant greater stabilization of lysozyme was observed with BPZ02 compared to competitive multi-purpose solutions and a phosphate buffered saline control. Biotrue utilises hyaluronan as its wetting agent to increase/stabilise the tear film, much in the same way that some eye drops for dry eyes do. Whilst Opti-Free Puremoist uses HydraGlyde Moisture Matrix which adds moisture and comfort to the lens. It’s worth noting that HydraGlyde is the same wetting agent in Air optix, so this solution is more suited to that lens material. The disinfecting agents within these solutions are also different, although both are effective whilst being gentle on the eyes. This is something to consider when choosing between these products. Which one is better, Opti-Free Puremoist or Biotrue? Slime should not be placed in the mouth. Always wash hands before and after playing with the slime.
