There are some lovely dairy free truffle boxes out there this year but these do look extra special! Gluten and dairy free chocolate candy cane Ok, OKAY, I know it's only October and everyone's angry at the supermarkets for bringing out all their festive free from ranges already. I'm pretty sure I've heard 'but it's way too early' so many times and you know what? I don't care. Because the more gluten free treats on the shelves, the better! I am a HUGE mince pie fan but these gluten free cranberry and orange mince pies from Sainsbury's look extra special! I love the pink dusting on top and the fact they're a large, open-style mince pie. I found these gluten free salted caramel cupcakes in the M&S free from aisle, but have heard people saying they've also found them with the 'normal' food. They're part of the party food deal and look so good! Any other new gluten free Christmas newbies? It's nice to see something a bit different and Tesco really have done that with these gluten free Tesco turkey and stuffing tortilla chips in the shape of Christmas trees! Dark Milk Salted Caramel – high cocoa milk chocolate with salted caramel chips, Dark Milk – high cocoa milk chocolate, Dark Milk Crunchy Cocoa Pieces and Dark Milk Almonds – high cocoa milk chocolate with chopped almonds. Of course, you could always make your own little selection by buying your faves and popping them into a little gift bag. However, after combing the internet I did find some ready made options that are suitable for coeliacs.

Such a lovely kit and a great activity for the Christmas holidays from Asda. Gluten free and vegan shortbread biscuits This chocolate orange popcorn from Tesco is another goodie from the 'normal' Christmas aisle which is gluten free. I love the sound of this and will help fix the Chocolate Orange-shaped hole in your life if you have coeliac disease. Perfect for Christmas movie watching! I'm not going to bore you with the usual tirade of mince pies and Christmas puddings. Long story short: look in most free from aisles and you'll find them.
