As the Rangers help Aiyon acclimate to Earth, they are forced to fight a Sporix Beast called Trawler. However, Aiyon gets distracted showing off for BuzzBlast and gets the others captured. He eventually rescues them before Mucus teleports Trawler away to recruit him into Void Knight's fold. Taking inspiration from Aiyon's showboating, Slyther and Trawler set up a beach party in the Rangers' honor. The Rangers are suspicious, but Aiyon falls for it and is goaded into summoning the Mosa Razor Zord, which Trawler captures so Slyther can hypnotize it into obeying Void Knight. After helping Aiyon realize his mistake, the Rangers battle Trawler while Javi and Aiyon rescue the latter's Zord. When Trawler enlarges, Aiyon combines the Mosa Razor and Dimetro Blazing Zords to form the Electro Zord to help his friends defeat the beast and reclaim his Sporix. The decision to adapt Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger was made around April of 2019 [3], though it's not specified how COVID-19 affected the show's production choices. [4] On February 22, 2020, Hasbro revealed the Ryusoulger adaptation at the New York Toy Fair 2020, however the official title wasn't revealed yet at the time and simply called Power Rangers Season 28. [5] On May 15, 2020, it was revealed that the adaptation would be called Power Rangers Dino Fury. [6] Executive producer Simon Bennett revealed that Power Rangers Dino Knights was a working title before Hasbro ultimately decided on Dino Fury. [7] "Dino Knight" was later used for the Dino Knight Morpher and its associated form. To summon the Morpher, the Rangers tap their communicators and flex their arm in front of them as the Morpher materializes onto their wrist. They then open the hatch and present their Cosmic Fury Orbs with their personal dinosaur heads moving and roaring inside them. They then point their finger with the orb spinning above it and coin toss them into the air with their thumb, which then lands in the orb slot in the Morpher. The Rangers shout "Link to Morphin Grid!" as they're simultaneously slamming the hatch shut, causing the Orbs to glow in their respective colors. Taken for Granite: The dinosaur partners of the Knights of Rafkon were turned to stone by the Morphin Masters so that their spirits could merge with the knights and turn them into Power Rangers. City of Adventure: Pine Ridge. Since all the Sporix were released into the city, it is up to the Rangers to find them first before they either hatch into Sporix Beasts or Void Knight takes them.
