If you’ve been focusing on the main story, you can pinpoint the Master Sword’s location by finding all 12 Dragon Tear memory locations. That method requires a lot of legwork, but thankfully, there are other, less time-consuming ways. Our map above shows an estimated route based on findings from a few community sources, but we have not been able to confirm the exact route independently. Akin to the rest of the dragons in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you can farm dragon parts from the Light Dragon. When using Light Dragon parts for Fuse combinations, the part will imbue the Fused weapon with a healing effect and will restore a quarter of a heart per hit.

Our Story

Thunder respects the Elder and was happy to be reunited with him. The Elder became distrustful of Tom and the other humans after an accident with his lightning sword which was caused by Shadow. Thus, he forced Thunder to stay with his family. However, after seeing how well Thunder cooperated with Tom, and how they defeated the Snow Wraiths, the Elder was very thankful to the kids for helping him and saving the Clan, he even allowed Thunder to stay with Tom. The sounds and noises that are used for Thunder, his Father, and the Elder are the same croons and growls used for Toothless.

Webmaster is the latest dragon to join the Dragon Club under Thunder and Tom's leadership. Despite this, Thunder, along with the other dragons in the Club, has not been very welcoming of Webmaster, despite the dragon's attempts to be friends. This is because Thunder is often annoyed by his many mischievous acts since joining the Club, much to the Deadly Spinner's sadness. Despite this, Thunder does care about Webmaster's wellbeing, even if he doesn't initially show it. While on mission together, the two are shown to work very well together, with Webmaster respecting the Night Light as his leader, while Thunder is willing to protect the Deadly Spinner from harm. Now that’s a pretty cool dragon name, right? And here are some other cool examples we created using this technique: That said, it’s recommended you complete the Korok Forest quest, as this will mean the Light Dragon will fly lower to the ground. If you spot the dragon out in the wild, either by chance or because you have the quest marker active, I recommend fast traveling to the nearest Skyview Tower. Taking this travel shortcut won’t affect the dragon’s position, resulting in a great method to get closer. Then, activate the tower to lift Link up to the air, and paraglide toward the Light Dragon.
