Everything else is also clear and well-balanced. I’m not saying that the Edifier G2000 computer speakers are the absolute best on the market, but they’re definitely near the top of the pile. The sound is fantastic if you just want something that can fill a room with crisp, clear audio. If you're expecting something that the entire street can hear, the quality will start to suffer and you should probably buy a bigger system for that. Now, with the Edifier G2000 speakers, there’s obviously no dedicated subwoofer, so I was obviously prepared for much less bass from these speakers.
Wouldn’t it be great if, every time you turned on a piece of gaming kit, you were greeted by the sound of an engine revving? Another thing that happens when you switch them on for the first time they make a sound that’s half engine rev and half-alien spaceship preparing to take off. My five-year-old thought it was the most exciting thing he’d heard all day, but I’m not sure that my wife was quite as impressed. It’s not a thing that’s big, or clever, and this is coming from a man with a variety of multicoloured RGB fans spinning around in his PC. If you can stomach that issue, the Edifier G2000 speakers are a great pair of compact speakers, offering quality and power that belies their size. They’re particularly handy if you’re short on space, sitting neatly (as mine are) between the shelves of a TV stand, and you can’t fault their style. They’re not cheap, compared to similar-sized speakers, but in the case of the Edifier G2000s you more than get the performance you pay for.
Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide” sounds richer and fuller while The Beach Boys’“Wouldn’t It Be Nice” sounds clearer and more detailed. Taylor Swift’s “The Lakes” gets more richness in her voice and better representation of the string instruments. Twin Shadow’s “To the Top,” on the other hand, has a bit more punch to it with a little more bass and better defined low-end while also keeping things on the high-end present. You’re getting a full sound with fairly-balanced mids, a clear high end, and decent low end, as well as a good soundstage. Not too shabby for a pair of tiny speakers. Do not place any object filled with liquids, such as vases on the product; neither should any open fire, such as lighted candles be placed on the product. Before cleaning the product with dry cloth, always turn off the product and disconnect the power plug first.Overall, the sound of the Edifier G2000 gaming speakers is pretty impressive. They are a small, lightweight option that doesn’t take up too much space while still delivering excellent sound quality.
Bass support makes it a clear upgrade from the G1000, making audio seem fuller and richer over its predecessor. So the speaker is aesthetically pleasing, but what about the sound? As I mentioned before, the speaker can be incredibly loud, without any noticeable quality drop. You don't experience that "tinny" sound when you get too much high-frequency response, and they sound evenly mixed to my ear. We should never forget the humble PC speaker. With 16W of power, RGB lighting, Bluetooth and a host of other features, it’s obvious from the moment you power them up that your ears (and eyes) are in for something of a treat. This symbol is to warn the user not to disassemble the enclosure of the product and there is no user-replaceable part inside. Take the product to an authorized service center for repair. I played a few casual games of Valorant and was surprisingly able to identify more sounds and locations than I initially thought. While they’ll never replace a headset for me in competitive games where sound is important, I’ve actually been surprised by the clarity of sound from the G2000. Meanwhile, the high-end doesn’t sound veiled or muffled and is clear enough to satisfy most listeners, even if it’s not exactly audiophile-level detail. Considering the price of these speakers, that’s actually pretty good. That being said, the sound of the G2000 speakers is amazing. As I said, I’ve been using the speakers with my main media source for a couple of weeks now, and I have been thoroughly impressed. It comes with both wired options AND bluetooth connectivity. You can also hook up more than one source to the same speaker set.
