About this deal
Poor, how many of us grew up loving Harrison Ford's Indie? The super cool action hero, brave and fearless, with a sense of humour... that wasn't the character I saw here. I get the appeal of Fleabag, but Phoebe Waller Bridge was totally miscast, Helena was just loathsome, conceited, arrogant, too smarmy, what on Earth were they thinking?
New Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny Poster Released
This is a big, bombastic movie that goes through the motions but never finds much joy in the process, despite John Williams’ hard-working score continuously pushing our nostalgia buttons and trying to convince us we’re on a wild ride,” THR’s David Rooney said of the sequel.

LONDON, U.K. (December 2, 2022) - The Walt Disney Company today released the teaser trailer and poster for Lucasfilm’s “INDIANA JONES AND THE DIAL OF DESTINY,” the highly anticipated fifth instalment of the iconic “Indiana Jones” franchise, starring Harrison Ford as the legendary hero archaeologist, and directed by James Mangold (“Ford v Ferrari,” “Logan”). The film will open in cinemas on June 28, 2023. With the release date for Harrison Ford's final installment as beloved archeologist-adventurer Indiana Jones now less than a month away, the studio has unveiled seven new character posters for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, offering a few glimpses at potential plot points. The posters somehow manage to feel both modern and nostalgic, in keeping with the tone of the trailer. The film, directed by James Mangold, will be the first in the franchise to not be directed by Steven Spielberg, as well as the first to not have a story written or co-written by George Lucas. Ford put his usual effort in, how sad though that Indie ended this way, Disney you've well and truly done it again, that's another much loved franchise sent down the pan.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023) - Fandango Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023) - Fandango
Sorry, I thought this was abysmal. It should have been a fun send off, instead is was just depressing. Appearing in person were cast members Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Mads Mikkelsen, Director/Co-Writer James Mangold and Producer Kathleen Kennedy, with a message from star Harrison Ford, to reveal new details about the highly anticipated installment of the iconic franchise. The film, which will be Harrison Ford’s final Indiana Jones adventure, premieres at the Cannes Film Festival on May 18 and opens in theaters on June 30. Horrible CGI effects, way too many, some of them looked awful, I can't believe some of the scenes made it through to the final cut.
