The nozzle of the earphone is also made of some kind of metal with a metal grill to prevent earwax from getting into the drivers. If you’re familiar with the dreaded brown KZ cable, you will feel right at home with the one included with the KS2. This is a tightly-braided copper cable with QDC type 2-pin connectors and pre-formed ear guides. Above the Y-split the cable is quite thin and that plus the omission of a chin slider means that it’s very prone to tangling.

Just like the earlier models, the KZ ZSN Pro X fits comfortably in the ears. The acrylic body of the housing is smooth with rounded edges and feels natural, filling the concha area. There is no pressure buildup or “cabin noise”. Noise isolation is about average and depends largely on how good a seal you get with your selected eartips. CableOn first impressions, the KS2 didn't have much of a detailed separation, most of the sound comes out as one cohesive sound with the bass sounding slightly separated due to it being boosted. However, when listening closer, you can actually hear that the separation level here is between the highs, mids level. Highs usually get drowned out on the genres that I listen to, but works better with Rap and RnB. In heavier genres or songs, the sound tend to sound rather mashed up and hence I don't recommend this for heavy genre songs such as Metal. As for the design of KS2 - its quite generic to current trend like KZ with good quality plastic resin finishing with decent cable slightly better than similar price KZ offerings. The size and fitting is good imho and also weight wise is light and comfort factor is good.

Treble is where KS1 has a bit of an edge. It doesn’t mean it excels. KS1 treble can be described as detailed but not piercing. E500 has a relaxed treble meanwhile Tanya has a hint of lower treble but nothing special up top. The nozzles are aluminium with a protective mesh cover and once again, we see the Type-C slotted 2-pin plug. Just like the KS2, I find the KS1 shells to be very comfortable and have no trouble keeping them in my ears for hours at a time. Passive noise isolation is average for this type of shell which means KS1 is quite good for commuting and for use in noisy public spaces. Cable The bass is strongly boosted, which can be further increased with foamtips. Although it has the highest output in the signature, it does not completely overshadow the signature. It has quite good stability and is simply fun. The sub-bass has real fire and the mid-bass a dynamic punch. It extends a bit further when it wants to slam and is therefore not the fastest, but quite organic. I would like the upper bass to drop faster to provide more clarity in the midrange, but you can't have everything. In the long run it's too much for me, but for in between it's a great fun.KS1’s shells are identical to those of the KBEAR KS2. The moulded acrylic shells are lightweight but feel durable and should have good longevity. There are 2 vents, both on the inner side of the shell. KBEAR have kept the visual elements fairly simple with just a small logo placed on the faceplates. Disclaimer: I was sent these to review, but my review will not be swayed in any way and it will be as honest as it can be. COMFORTABLE & EXCELLENT SOUND】 The mid-low frequency has rich infectant power and relaxed and natural characteristics. The mid-high frequency has nice resolution, transient and ductility. KBEAR KS2 is equipped with a combination of BA DD through electronic frequency division processing, so that each unit can give full play to its performance and achieve accurate and delicate performance. Reproduce the sound effects loyal to the original sound, bring charm and dynamic. To be fair, these earphones perform pretty well in the highs as compared to other earphones at its price range. Usually earphones within this price range has too much highs and sound sibilant, but this is never the case for KS2.

The sub-bass feels full in terms of sonic quality in that they sound well-rounded, but you do not feel a huge mass of sub-bass, rather the sub-bass is present rather than prominent. The included cable is ok. It’s a good step up with what’s included with the Blon BL-03. In that it doesn’t tangle up as easily and has a more comfortable fit around the ear. It is a good cable for free and the right angle 3.5mm connector is awesome for portable gaming. The IEMs nozzle is long and wide as well and KBEAR states this extends the life of the IEM. I don’t see how a long or short canal can influence that, but ok. The KBEAR KS2 does feature an aluminum alloy nozzle, which is a nice touch at this price. I’m not so sure that this is making the mid-bass clean and smooth, as they say. Mids: are slightly recessed in the lower Mids but forward a little in the upper midrange and lower treble IMO, vocals are warm and have some emotion to them.

Vocals are decent but sometimes sound a little far away. Overall, the mids are maybe a little recessed and give way to boosted bass and trouble. For most of the music I listen to (pop, hip hop, rap), this was fine, but some listeners may not like this.Like the BLON BL-03, in terms of technicalities, both of these sets are below average in this department. I think the BLON BL-01 just nudges ahead a tinge in the imaging, instrument separation, details and soundstage departments. Timbre is slightly better on the KBEAR KS1.
