Description

Take a moment to think about your financial situation. Are you really happy with where it’s at? If you’re like most people, you’re struggling to get ahead. The idea of a savings account seems like a far-off dream. Smart people don’t just work on goals or habits, but focus on systems to make them successful. But we tend to focus too much on the details and not enough on the big picture. And some of us might instead have a hard time with the specifics but do well looking at the overall view. That’s what Rob Moore’s Money: Know More, Make More, Give More is all about. You may have heard that you should make your money work for you. Doing so will free up your time and energy so you can actually enjoy life instead of putting in long hours at the office. And this book is here to teach you exactly how to make that happen.

Money: Know More, Make More, Give More by Rob Moore | Goodreads Money: Know More, Make More, Give More by Rob Moore | Goodreads

Rob can help you take advantage of the current economic climate and educate you on how to not just survive, but thrive in it! If you don't believe you deserve money, you will never price highly enough to make a fair and sustainable profit.""If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. And so if you undercharge for what you do, you get the lower quality clients.""It took me 35 years to really understand who I am. If you know who you are, you will listen to the opinion of yourself.""What got you here won't get you there. So if you're at a place in your life where things aren't going well for you, then that's what you know.""There are people out there that have done it that can show you the way." Rob shares how to overcome limiting money mindsets, why most people undercharge when starting out, and how to discern between real and perceived business fears. Rob reflects on key pivots in his career, from artist to property tycoon, and explains why intuition is overrated for new entrepreneurs!First we build our vision and values. These two will act as mileposts to make sure you’re getting where you want to in the way you want. It’s helpful to write down what matters most to you, whether that’s family, freedom, success, or all of these.

Money: Know More, Make More, Give More: Learn how to make

Is your money mindset broke or rich? Rob defines both in this episode and advises what you can do to fix your money mindset if it’s broken! Now take a look at your IGTs or income-generating tasks. These are tasks that are aligned with your KRAs and generate the best possible monetary value from your time. And remember, not all tasks are equal. In professional golf, just one club – the putter – accounts for 40 percent of shots taken. This means that practicing putting will have the biggest impact on your score. Likewise, in business, focusing on certain key tasks that bring in money will have a disproportionate impact on your wealth.Rob has also artfully penned 19 best-selling books on Money & Life Leverage, crafting a trusted path to financial mastery and life abundance. His vision: global financial literacy. His mission: ignite entrepreneur empires. The Rob Moore Foundation lights paths for underprivileged youth. Since leverage is an important part of the wealth formula he then goes onto share the ways you can introduce leverage, such as time, money, systems, people/skills and ideas and information. We can support those who are actually homeless with other versions of support such as food banks, soup kitchens and education.

Money by Rob Moore | Waterstones

There are many beggars on the street who aren’t actually homeless. The solution is to not give them cash. A few of the concepts that really stood out to me in this section were Vacuum prosperity and the Money paradox. Vacuum prosperity explores the idea of “ If you want to attract more material wealth into your life, then create a void that nature will fill.” As someone who is naturally a money accumulator the idea of making a void feels very counter-intuitive, however, it does reinforce some of the information I have read in money mindset books about making space for new things even before you have them. Rob explains the Money paradox as “The paradox that exists in money is that you need to save well, but no hoard. You need to share well, but not overspend.” Again it is the idea that you have to find the optimum balance. Do you want to get to the stage - soon - where you are truly financially independent, able to use your money in the way you'd like, and be completely confident in your ability to take care of yourself and your family? This book has fundamentally changed both me and my husband as individuals. It offers a common vocabulary for us to share when we talk about how we've hindered ourselves (and our marriage) in the past through our ignorance of money matters. Both of us have made dramatic changes in how we view and treat money - moving us each toward a healthy middle ground. Since reading this book two months ago, we have not had a single argument. Not one. It's like this book has equipped us with a new lens with which to view everything - projects, investments, bank accounts, whether to tip a waiter, everything. We are super excited as we apply Rob's concepts to our personal and business affairs. So far, very good!!Rob became a millionaire before his 31st birthday. By the age of 40, Rob had an 8-figure business and property empire. His most proud moment was ‘retiring’ his parents and giving them his house, with the profits he made from property. If you want to turn into the type of person who becomes a millionaire, you must understand and utilize the power of compounding. Rob especially likes helping young and aspiring entrepreneurs, and has the Rob Moore foundation to help young and underprivileged people across the globe get better financial education to start and scale their enterprises. His profits of his book “Money” go to the foundation.

Money : Know More, Make More, Give More: Learn how to make Money : Know More, Make More, Give More: Learn how to make

It's an okay book, not exceptional though. It does give some good tips, and it made me more interested and motivated regardind the personal finance topics. Altough obviously it doesn't really provide any practical tip, there is no silver bullet in here. It does provide some good tips regarding how to manage the money you already have and try to get the best outcome out of those. Rob featured on prime time TV shows for Living as a Mentor, and is regularly featured in the mainstream media such as Channel 4, the BBC, The Independent and The Business Channel. Rob is mentor to many high profile, wealthy and celebrity clients in property and business. Known as The Disruptive Entrepreneur, Rob will take you on a ride to define what money is, highlight the major money myths, share money mastery strategies and systems, and more! Rob reveals a clever as well as scary, scam. He talks through the scam and how you can be prepared, avoid making big mistakes with your money and the 5 key ways you can reduce your tax. One of the biggest lessons he has learned revolves around understanding how money works, how to make more of it, and live the life you deserve. We can learn two important lessons from these numbers. First, be patient and keep going when your money grows slowly at first. The best results come in the long-term, not in the beginning.
