Description

All the direct plunger blasters are fitted with a weaker spring and the flywheel blasters are fitted with some sort of "limiter" which prevents the flywheels from spinning at their maximum potential speed. Voltage mods on the flywheel blasters will bring the range on par with the seventy-five feet versions. Most tactical rail accessories, such as the Blast Shield, won't perfectly fit on the Hyperfire. This is due to the size of the Hyperfire's tactical rail, along with its iron sights. And woah! This thing is super-fun. The Elite darts ping out at a steady pace, with a decent amount of accuracy. I managed a spread of around 20 inches at 20ft from fresh batteries. Distance is quite impressive and plenty good enough for an ammo-sprayer like this. It did manage the claimed 27m range, but with wild inconstency and with no accuracy whatsoever out to that distance. The odd shape of the priming mechanism and the tension of the spring can make this blaster hard to prime sometimes. [ citation needed]

The Hyperfire was initially referred to as the Dart Tag Blaster. Its later re-release into the Dart Tag series proper renamed it to the Hyperfire. Because the fifteen meter direct plunger blasters have near-identical internals to the seventy-five feet versions, any modifications done to fifteen meter blasters will likely have the same performance as an identically modded seventy-five feet Elite blaster. If you’re into NERF warfare of the less subtle persuasion, the Hyperfire is a suitably unsubtle beast that offers a ton of fun. It spits out foam darts faster than any NERF blaster before it, and is a joy to handle.

Since the conveyor belt has no cycle control, only two switches are needed (unlike the Rapidstrike’s three), which simplifies wiring significantly. When rewiring, don’t forget to put motor braking on the belt/main trigger for better fire control. Furthermore, with the removal of some internal screws, the Hyperfire’s shell splits into 3 distinct pieces. Only the grey piece is needed to hold the internals in place, which helps with aesthetic modding, maintenance, and testing greatly. There’s no loading bolt or pump here – those four D-cells mean the Hyperfire is fully automatic. Hasbro claims it can manage up to five shots per second on fresh batteries, and has a maximum range of 27m. The Multishot Madness sub-series is part of both the N-Strike Elite series and the Vortex series. The Rough Cut 2x4 was released under this series and featured the ability to fire two darts at once. The BattleCamo Series consists of re-released N-Strike Elite blasters and attachments. The series is a Walmart exclusive.

Accuracy isn’t anything special, either. Using my testing doorway at ~8 metre range, most of the darts will fly through the doorway (if they reach it). Beyond the doorway though, the darts still like to spread out quite a fair bit. Accuracy is perhaps a little bit better than average for an Elite blaster. Loading the magazine is done in the usual NERF manner of, well, just pushing each dart into the top of the mag in the right direction (as indicated by an arrow on the side). Once that’s done and the batteries are in place, all you need to do is slap the magazine into the slot in the underside of the gun and you’re ready for rapid fire. Nem személyre szabott hirdetések Ezek a sütik lehetővé teszik számunkra, hogy általános termék- és szolgáltatásreklámokat jelenítsünk meg Önnek. Just behind the accessory rail is a hatch secured with a slide catch, which is for dealing with potential jams. The hatch doesn’t open too wide, however, so it’s not as helpful as it could be. Thankfully I haven’t had many jams.

On September 8, a Wired article [2] mentioned two blasters that will be released in fall of 2013: the Stryfe and the Rough Cut 2x4. These blasters, however, were released much sooner than originally expected. The Firestrike, the Strongarm, and the Stryfe were given a soft release in some stores in December of 2013. The Micro Shots sub-series features Jolt-like blasters molded to look like blasters from multiple series. One other slight downside to this battery-powered blaster is the whirr of the motor and flywheel. If you’re trying to be at all stealthy, that goes out the window when you spin the Hyperfire up – your foe may have a split second’s warning before the darts rain down. Not that it’s terribly noisy; it’s just not silent. Nerf ELITE představuje základní sérii NERF blástrů vhodné pro všechny hráče. Több információ a jogairól. The Demolisher 2-In-1 and the Cam ECS-12 were released in fall of 2014; the Rhino-Fire was released later that same year on November 1. Let’s suppose that the Hyperfire didn’t have the massive flaws that made it practically unusable. Because of its relatively short range (for the grey trigger model at least) and higher than average ROF, it presents itself as a decent suppression and area saturation blaster. Its use of Nerf’s clip (mag) system gives it fast reloads and high capacity, something demonstrated well by its included 25 dart drum. It is very easy to fire off bursts of darts, and also very easy to dump an entire mag/drum towards an area. Its relatively poor range and the inherent inaccuracy of Nerf darts means that you’ll likely be firing a lot of angled shots. Its ROF is ideal as an entry point into full auto blasters. It’s fast enough that you get to properly appreciate the benefits of full auto, while still slow enough to control with minimal practice. Items that are not available in store will take 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to be delivered to your nominated store.

However, the Hyperfire doesn’t initially cost as much as you might expect, considering it’s the fastest-firing NERF yet – and the foam-fizzing fun it promises will make that extra expense seem worthwhile. Verdict Versions of the blasters released in Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, China, Japan, Thailand and the Philippines do not have the advertised seventy-five foot firing range. They received lower performance and gray triggers. To keep with other countries' safety standards, these N-Strike Elite blasters only have a firing range of fifteen meters (about fifty feet). [1] N-Strike Elite is a direct successor from the popular N-Strike series. Most original releases within the series featured upgraded versions of original N-Strike blasters. Some of this blaster's parts, such as the priming handle and turret, and possibly some of the internals, were used in the 2011 Robo Power Optimus Prime Cyber Blaster. For a period of time, it was the official Nerf Dart Tag League blaster. However, it was replaced by the Furyfire in 2009. I have had feed issues with darts and mags that have fed perfectly in my ~15dps Bullpup RS, so for me these issues are inexcusable.
