The Smok RPM replacement vape coils are cross-compatible and can be used with a large range of Smok pod kits, including versions of the Smok Nord Pod kit and Smok RPM kit. A wide selection of coil builds are available to suit different vaping styles. This includes options to support MTL (Mouth To Lung) vaping as well as DTL (Direct To Lung) vaping. USB chargers, wall chargers, USB car chargers and other battery chargers are covered by warranty for a period of 28 days. Physical damage, misuse, and general wear and tear are not covered. The tank itself should last quite some time (usually many months). The heating element inside (the atomizer or coil head) will need to be replaced regularly (1 to 2 weeks on average). Both the tank and the coil heads are covered for faulty on arrival only (DOA). Take great care not to lose the seals on the tank or it will cause it to leak. These consumable items are not covered by a warranty. Expect a typical lifetime of 300 charges when used properly. Its a shame because the flavour is quite good and the 0.4Ω Mesh coil would also be a battery saver, so its a bit of a shame. Smok RPM2 Airflow

There’s a number of features that I look at when trying out a device, and for something to score highly, it needs to meet certain demands.

Yeah its a little taller, a little wider but apart from that its designed pretty much the same, so a lot of the following details will sound very familiar. Pod Housing This kit is a monster and the first AIO pod system I have tried to be both a true DTL and regular MTL device and fills every spot in-between! These coils are designed for use with the Smok RPM40 Pods and are not compatible with any other tank or Pod. Certainly feels a little improvement over the original RPM40 coils. Its a little larger and a lower resistance than the originals so I’m pleased. Good flavour The 0.4Ω Coil

The extra little touches with the functions like the remaining charge time and estimated puffs left are very nice little features which help make this more of a complete pod mod. Nord Mesh will be ideal for DTL vaping, whereas the 1.4ohm kit is perfect for MTL vaping. Both will give you great flavour, however, MTL coil will be less vapor than the DTL. The one you choose will depend on your personal vaping style. The RPM2 kit comes with 2 pods, 2 coils, a USB-C port for charging and a massive 7ml capacity in Non-TPD format. Also make sure you Give it 5 or 10 minutes though to allow your vape juice to soak into the coil. Smok RPM2 Display & Functions Personally I love the mesh coils and although the recommended power is 25W I run mine much lower at between 12-15W which still gives me big clouds and big flavour but keeps my battery going all day and then goes on charge over night. You can set your power level to boost or reduce vape production to suit you and can use it to either stretch out your battery run time or increase the cloud size over the recommended power.

There are 8 different atomiser heads to choose from for this tank. All of which are going to give you great flavour, some are a little more in your face in terms of clouds than others. Loads more detail on the best watts for these below. The MTL coils have a good selection of tighter airflow with more discreet clouds but with massive flavour from your favourite juices. The Smok RPM40 pod vape kit has been designed for users of all experience levels. It combines a compact design with a very large built-in 1500mAh battery. With a 1 - 40W output range, you can tailor the Smok RPM's performance to match your vaping style. The 2ml pods themselves can be used with Smok Nord coils or the Smok RPM coils - supporting a mouth to lung or direct to lung vaping style. Form factor may not be the Smok RPM2’s greatest attribute but I wouldn’t say the RPM2 is ugly, it just looks functional. With your SMOK Fetch kit you will be able to use the RGC 0.17ohm conical mesh coil or the RPM range. The RGC coils are best for those who are after a decent vapor production with higher wattages. RPM is better for people who are looking for something more discrete and subtle.

Your RPM40 will use RPM SMOK coils . You will choose the one based on your wattage and whether you are after flavour, vapor or both. SMOK suggests the best for excellent flavour and vapor is the RPM Triple coil 0.6ohm, at 25W. I know it can get very painful, looking at another pod system, and this time its another pod system from Smok.

Wide open airflow, not as much as Q4, but great performance, depending on how high you go with the wattage. Of course if you’re purchasing this device within the TPD regions, you will probably notice the pod has a large bung inside, which we can only hope is easily removable. VG e-liquid - best suited to sub-Ohm coils (sub-Ohm means less than 1.0Ω) and a device with variable power because you will probably need to adjust the output to achieve optimum flavour. Higher VG blends produce a lot more vapour cloud. You can of course try priming the coils by gently painting the exposed cottons with some e-liquid, but (and this is just my personal opinion) I feel that sometimes priming may shave off a few minutes of wait-time but it often also costs you a couple days of the coil’s lifespan. I’ve got nothing to show you as evidence for this, just an observation I’ve made with a few of my regular sub-ohm lords.

In fact, at times I got a hint of burnt cotton if I vaped this coil at 25 watts, a little annoying. Like the original, the RPM2 pod has no airflow adjustment. What you see is what you get so I would imagine this device is purely for a Direct Lung vape. All the SMOK coils have great production of flavour and vapour, but with this triple mesh you get fantastic flavour! Battery - it charges really fast, however - since day 3 it has been a struggle, You can't vape, it says battery empty, You put it on charge - and it still has 46% - like wtf. There are 8 different TFV12 coil options, from mesh, to dual and quadruple. Each is going to provide you with a slightly different vape experience in your TV12 tank.
