I was able to connect to both my iPhone and my Windows laptop without much issue. They will activate while they are in the charging case and, once you take one out, it begins to pair after the connection has been set up. You’ll hear a voice say “Connected” once they are paired with another device. The wireless range is 33 feet. The earbuds have an IPX4 waterproof rating and will stay in your ears during a workout. While the noise-cancelling technology may not drown out a ton of noise around you, for the price, they work well. In addition to the charging case including the in-ear headphones inside, the manufacturer includes a USB Type-A to USB-C cable for charging with a length of around 30 centimeters. Two additional pairs of silicone ear tips in different sizes are also found in a small bag, while the obligatory manual rounds off the scope of delivery. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on a whole lot of different things. For example, many countries have a 'low-value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty. SoundPEATS have set themselves an impossibly high bar to maintain now, and it is hard not to feel sorry for them that this release has come under unfair criticism, despite being, on the face of it, a credible upgrade to the Q, adding ANC at a very affordable price. Let's start at the beginning. Goods - such as the SOUNDPEATS products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into. Hopefully this preamble provides more clarity on the SoundPEATS journey - note, this is just my interpretation, and is not from SoundPEATS themselves. The case does not support wireless charging, but it takes about two hours to fully charge it again via USB-C, and the Earbuds themselves need about one and a half hours from 0 to 100 percent in the case.Overall, I found the Capsule3 Pro to be some of the most comfortable budget-minded earbuds I've tested. Swapping from my AirPods Pro, I could tell a difference, but one wasn't noticeably more comfortable than the other. The Capsule3 Pro remained comfortable through hours of testing. As mentioned, there are ANC/Transparency mode toggles with these. The active noise cancellation technology is there to cancel out low frequency booming noises, voices, and other sounds around you. After utilizing this feature multiple times, I wanted more from the noise cancellation. You could still hear noise around you. If you also choose the right size of the ear tips, the passive noise cancellation is also quite convincing, because the T3s seal very well. The T3's ANC and transparency mode (aka Passthrough) help make up for those shortcomings, as does their adoption of Bluetooth 5.2 for an extremely solid connection. I'm also happy you can use either earbud on its own, which is a lot more useful day-to-day than you might think.

The older stem-based in-ear offerings, the Q and TrueCapsule, were superseded by the T3, which added ANC and Bluetooth 5.2. Then they also added the H2, the dual-driver (but non ANC) BT 5.2 traversal. There are positive things to report regarding the workmanship, because the Soundpeats T3 doesn’t make any mistakes here. Both Ladeeuti and the Earbuds themselves feel quite valuable and robust. Of course, you should not expect the quality of a much more expensive product, but the build quality is convincing considering the price. On a brighter note, they do not leak charge when on standby like some of my other buds do. There is no wireless charging - it's USB-C only.

The buds weigh 4.74g (spookily, 1/10th of the case weight!). This again adds to the really nice ergonomics by being neither too heavy, nor too light. As is the case with most true wireless earbuds, the Capsule3 Pro use silicone tips to provide a tight fit in your ears. This keeps the earbuds from falling out, but is also important for noise cancellation as well as the overall sound of the earbuds. The tips on the earbuds worked for me out of the box, but there are two other sizes included in the box. In fact, the microphone of the in-ear headphones is perhaps the biggest strength in the audio field. The user’s voice is reproduced loudly, clearly and extremely dynamically. Especially in video calls with various software solutions, we can be understood clearly. The results are no longer completely convincing for phone calls outside of one’s own four walls.
