About this deal

A BTU (British Thermal Unit) is a rating used to determine the heating or in the case of an Air Conditioner the cooling capacity of an appliance. If you are using a heating function on your appliance (note: only certain models have a heat mode) there will be more water collecting.

Quietly and efficiently cool your home, with simple installation and optimisation remotely via the AEG app choose cool performance that suits you. The sleep mode, for instance, never reached above 52dB in my tests, which isn’t much louder than the ambient noise outside my east London flat. While the ChillFlex Pro doesn’t have air purification as one of its many functions, it nevertheless produces clean and fresh air.

Title":"Comfort 6000","HeaderTag":"h2","ImageSource":"/siteassets/regional-assets/emea/uk/comfort-6000. The bundled remote – which takes two AAA batteries – allows you to turn the unit on or off, adjust the temperature, switch between the various modes and fan speeds, set a timer and enable sleep mode. It covers small and medium size rooms of up to 21 square meters, making it ideal for most bedrooms, living rooms and offices. The appliance will notify you when the filters need attention with the filter light on the control panel. It also comes with a drain hose that you connect to the drain plug at the back when the internal tank fills up (the water comes from the dehumidification process).

Cooling: You can set the temperature between 16 and 32 degrees, giving you wide flexibility on how cool you want the room to be.

So, this AC is “64 db” [sic] and “quiet”, while the De Longhi PAC N82 is “52 dB” and loud (“I’ve nown bigger portable AC units that were much quieter.

It’s possible that the confusion is due to using the manufacturer’s published dB levels (which can be sheer lies, or vary because of weighting (dB(A), dB(C)). The large control panel at the top of the unit has the same list of features, along with a small LCD screen in the centre which displays the output temperature. It goes without saying that the energy consumption will vary depending on the starting room temperature, selected fan speed settings and modes. It stands on a set of castor wheels and features integrated side handles, meaning you'll be able to move it from room to room with ease. In fact to be precise we found 0 products from AEG that were more expensive and 0 that were cheaper. Maintaining exactly the right temperature, helping to keep your home cool when it's warm outside and warm when it's cool out. Pay in 3 is a form of credit, may not be suitable for everyone and use may affect your credit score. You’re not relying on a manufacturers sales description telling you just how good their product is, you’re getting genuine feedback from actual users of the product.
