If the issue persists, verify that the modem or modem/router combo used along with the AmpliFi router is in bridge mode. My first go-round setting up the mesh point ended up in such a quagmire that I reset it and started over with a different mobile device. This impressive performance also means you may not need the MeshPointHDs signal boosters unless you have a very large house.
