About this deal

This is for anyone seeking a path through our confusing lives and offers inspiration for tapping into the strength and comfort around us and releasing the blocks and insecurities that hold us back. The book is presented in an easy to read style while introducing us to things that are, truly, Bigger Than Us…… spirituality, faith, reiki, shamanism, mediumship, manifesting, and Enneagram numbers among other. tickets also include a signed hardback copy of the book Bigger Than Us to be collected on the night, two days before the official release date. This is a very interesting book which explores concepts such as the soul (energy, presence- insert a word that feels comfortable), prayer and ceremony in a non-religious and modern framework. I have always had a deep interest in all things spiritual and whilst I dont and haven't used all of the spiritual practices discussed in this book it has still been interesting to explore other spiritual practices and beliefs from around the world, and it has inspired me to try some new techniques and practices too.

A few years ago, I would have considered any conversation on such topics to be incredibly indulgent and without substance. But this is no hard sell and Fearne clearly knows that some of the things she talks about might be too "woo woo" for some. Another thing I think is worth mentioning is rituals, now I’m sure many of you are thinking you don’t take part in rituals but I bet your wrong. I could relate to a lot of the things mentioned throughout the book, in particular the being too hard on myself, social media and my overuse of it, and the ways I seek validation. I'm pleased I decided to read this slowly; I enjoyed it, but there was so much to take in I would have been totally overwhelmed if I read it in one go.In a modern world full of stress, anxiety and the pressure to constantly be doing more, this book is essential reading. Fearne currently enjoys working alongside Cath Kidston and Garnier Olia and is also a brand ambassador for BaByliss, where she creates a series of ‘Get the Look’ videos and tutorials, recreating her go-to styles using BaByliss tools. To help us peel back the red shiny wrapper of love so we can feel it more, see it more clearly and understand its potency I am going to explore several different subjects with some incredible people I’ve met over the years, to help us on our merry way. Join the Scottish detective, David Swindle, who brought serial killer Peter Tobin to justice, for a chilling, thrilling night at the theatre.

For anyone looking for uplifting and spiritual books to help them on their personal journey, I would recommend this read. but seeing her on TV and reading her books, you can tell she loves, cherishes, and cares for her readers, people in her life and for life itself and its such a joy to read from her perspective and how she lives life with the handbrake off! Overall, the thing I liked best is that Fearne doesn't try to find the single hidden truth of the universe; she's just curious about the world and wants to spread the message that the beauty of life is in our connection with it, while at the same time accepting that we will never be able to truly understand it. Fearne is an ambassador for The Prince’s Trust and also a patron for Post Pals, Tyler’s Trust and Coppafeel! Cotton was born in Northwood, London Borough of Hillingdon, to Mick and Lyn Cotton; she has a younger brother, Jamie Cotton. With their help, she peels back layers of anxiety and self-limiting beliefs to find contentment, happiness, and deeper meaning. As someone who battles with day to day anxiety, I could really relate to most of the subjects and how they could help people rise above our worries and stress.

This book is life changing, let me tell you I’ve gone through so many emotions and a lot of self discovery.

Fearne's love and more importantly belief for the spiritual and mystical is obvious from the outset of this book and she makes a really strong case for why all of is should invite a little bit of belief into our own lives, too. This book was exactly what I needed in this moment in my life and if that doesn’t express there is something bigger then us then I don’t know what does. Fearne also talks to a bunch of fab people all in their respective fields and I loved reading her interviews with them.

She has hosted parts of the Red Nose Day telethon for Comic Relief (2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011) presenting several strands alongside Jonathan Ross and Lenny Henry. I found myself disengaging within certain sections, but I think this is more to do with my state of mind rather than the book itself. It’s often the answer to so many of our problems but so often we forget it’s for us, due to feelings of unworthiness, and can’t perceive it in others as we only see our differences.Calm anxiety through connection; Find happiness through purpose; Feel comfort in the universal; Think bigger to unlock you. On the night, after the final "sing-off" between the two remaining acts, Wogan and Cotton simultaneously announced different winners.
