Over the years I have used many different products on my hair, and thought I had found the one i needed in another matt clay, until I found this one. Been trying to find a product I really like for ages and this is definitely the best I've used by far. I also note the refund was short of what they promised but was that fed up didn’t bother to peruse it. After hearing all the great reviews online I thought I would try some of the Black Label products myself.The Black Mist worked a treat after applying it to dampened hair and then blow drying it into place. The mist is great when blow drying your hair to give your the texture and the paste gives it that matte finish that I am looking for. Bank transfer happened the same day and I was quickly asked to change my review, I was again assured I would also receive the refund which was still processing and the free product. I now still have to try and get hold of someone that will refund me which is more time and effort wasted. I then get a repeat charge only this week for a subscription that I confirmed on the phone was cancelled.

I then thought they may actually be half decent until of course the free product did not arrive and the refund which was apparently ‘processing’ and out of their hands never came either. The Craft Clay was perfect and is without a doubt the best clay I have ever used (and I have used many of the well known top brands).I’ve only just started using it and I don’t like being tied in so cancelled subscription as soon as I received the product.

I am the first to complain but credit where it's due, there is an obvious improvement and I hope that this is a sign of them getting back on track. After over a month I left a negative review to which they were quick to contact me and offered an instant bank transfer refund to change my review with a free product and the refund they had already processed will be compensation payment when it finally comes through.
