Passing the Mantle– We get a more in-depth look at some of the characters in the film and how the passing of T’Challa’s character impacted the others. As a fond farewell, there's a great deal to admire about what Coogler has pulled off here, a veritable miracle really, but it was distinctly ill-advised to just stick a variation of his original shooting script onto the end of that tribute, with much that is here likely better served by waiting for a third entry which now, unfortunately, many may not care as much about. But following the loss of Chadwick Boseman, Black Panther 2 became a different kind of undertaking and one that needed to be both a tribute and a means for the franchise to move forward. There's the obvious one, Namor, an extremely well-written 'villain' whose motivations are surprisingly understandable, played well by Tenoch Huerta, who commits to a thankless physical role involving ridiculous shorts and head-smackingly awful ankle-wings (Marvel's desire to retain some 'logic' to their universe vs.

Use the thumbs up and thumbs down icons to agree or disagree that the title is similar to Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. While there’s plenty of active surround engagement with ample height channel activity, this track is similar to what they dropped with Shang-Chi where it kinda sounds good, but you have to crank things up and even then there’s not a lot of oomph in the subs. An actress who easily could and should have been Storm for the X-Men films delivers an incredible Oscar-worthy performance. Following the emotional farewell and tribute, the film is slow to reach a point of serious engagement. Deleted Scenes– Four total, though considering the film’s bloated running time (141 minutes), these were wisely cut and really added nothing to the film.

While the storyline and its place in this sequence of the MCU is a bit of a question mark, the film looks amazing and this cast is in terrific form. Blues, reds, yellows, greens, purples - they’re striking and much more lush and vivid with healthy skin tones to match.

Fancy winning a Blu-ray copy of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever with a runner up winning a signed Poster?Color reproduction is very good, with impressively bold primaries and good depth and realism to earthier tones. Disney continues with its now longstanding tradition of presenting a new release film on Blu-ray with a DTS-HD Master Audio 7. Now Princess Shuri (Letitia Wright) must find a way to bury the grief of her brother’s death to save a young scientist (Dominique Thorn) from Namor’s wrath and stop the aquatic destruction of Wakanda. And that's just one of the many overly ambitious intentions of Wakanda Forever's bloated 161 minute runtime. Witness the Power of Wakanda in Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever on Digital and 4K Ultra HD™, Blu-ray™ and DVD on 15th February.

As these nations detect deposits in the ocean depths, they trigger Namor (Tenoch Huerta) and his legion of undersea warriors to war. There is no cash or another alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever's 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray enjoys more clear differentiation from its streaming counterpart courtesy of a very good Atmos track, although the Disney+ mix is hardly a slouch, with that difference being really the only remaining reason for anybody to entertain the thought of picking this up on physical disc. For the week that ended on March 11th, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's Puss in Boots: The Last Wish remained on top of both the Blu-ray-only and overall packaged media charts in its second week, while Walt Disney Home Entertainment's Black Panther: Wakanda . the 132-minute mark finds some depth but all of the battle elements before that struggle to offer much body.

Granted that sounds – by no means – bad by any stretch, but still…Vocals are rich, sharp and crisp here while the front stage finds itself smack in the middle of the action on multiple occasions. Ross received a surprising amount of screen time in the movie, a deleted scene shows more of him at work, infiltrating the NSA to learn more about America’s information on Wakanda.
