About this deal

When attuned to the very rare Earthsense Boots, a creature gains the tremorsense ability out to a max range of 30 feet around them. You can also use levitate in the same way as flight to scale tall structures or otherwise get to areas normal humanoid movement wouldn’t allow.

Combined with a high Perception score, the wearer of these boots could be the radar detector of the party as they face off against epic-level threats. As the players reach the last few levels, the official options for magical boots start to trail off.

Brewingathome supplies a huge range of homebrew beer kits, wine kits and brewing accessories, and is a completely independent online supplier, not connected in any way with larger commercial enterprises. For convenience, the valve comes in two versions – either pre-equipped with a piercing pin for 8g bulbs, or plain for use with S30 cylinders. For me it wasn't as a student but as a schoolboy in the 1970s when Boots DIY beer-making kits were a definite chink in the under-age drinking protections. Rather than giving up, we covered both the official option and some homebrew ideas to get your creativity flowing.

They apparently improve with age (up to 2 years is suggested), although I've never kept any long enough to find out. While magic boots aren’t as flashy as magical weapons, foci, or armor, there are plenty of solid magic boots to pick up during the first few levels of play.Plus, with all the creatures out there trying to freeze their targets in place, the resistance to cold damage would help with survivability. I never tried homebrew, because I was concerned about producing larger quantities than I should drink, and feeling compelled to drink it up before it went off. Then again as 14/15 year olds we were so impatient that I don't think we ever managed to let a batch brew for anywhere near the recommended time so I'm not sure how much alcohol we were actually drinking, I don't remember ever having a hangover and the "beer" (for want of a better word) tasted so vile that we had to flavour it with quite a lot of lemon cordial to make it even vaguely drinkable. I confess my comment was more with reference to beer: I never came so close to considering it for wine.
