Description

He might be an annoying and shallow dope, but he’s clearly being strung along and emotionally blackmailed by the adults in his life. I got what I wanted and I hope it keeps tackling more interesting topics and doesn't shy away from anything because the premise is still absurd but the execution makes it work. Supernatural rip-roaring chainsaw action is way over the top in Shonen Jump's hot new series of 2019!

In North America, Viz Media published the series' first two chapters on their Weekly Shonen Jump digital magazine for its "Jump Start" initiative. Or will Denji have to do what Denji does best—turn into a chainsaw and carve up everything that gets in his way? All we know is that the yakuza still hasn’t forgotten about Denji and that this is about to turn into Bungo Stray Dogs on an entirely different level!

But it also has some shocking developments, a moving sacrifice, and a cliffhanger that demands you read the next one. An uprising that can bring more death and destruction than any regular old demon could ever dream of. Se deshacen de los secundarios que a nadie le importan, más acción sin sentido, un worldbuilding de pena y una sensación general de abulia bastante guapa. After being killed on a job, he is revived by his pet devil Pochita and becomes something new and dangerous—Chainsaw Man!

The series' first part, "Public Safety arc" ( 公安編, Kōan-hen), ran in Shueisha's shōnen manga anthology Weekly Shōnen Jump from December 3, 2018, [1] [2] to December 14, 2020; [3] [4] following the series' conclusion in Weekly Shōnen Jump, a second part was announced to start on Shueisha's Shōnen Jump+ online magazine.Passano i giorni e sempre più recensioni entusiaste al riguardo compaiono nel mio newsfeed qui su Goodreads, ma ancora non mi accingo ad acquistarlo. Even though this set up a brand-new arc, it didn’t mess around when it came to getting right into things. The blood and guts are constantly flowing and I had a number of moments were I literally laughed out loud. The series was then published on the Shonen Jump digital platform after the cancellation of Weekly Shonen Jump.

Not sure where things are going to go from here, but unless vol 4 is a huge cop out, this book is going in a very different direction than other ensemble manga. Chainsaw Man keeps up the hilarity with solid comedy, brutal action, and this volume packs a pretty big surprise twist. There were even some plot points that happened in this volume that I cannot believe that they pulled the trigger on… at least this early. It maintains the whacky comical vibe while introducing some darker elements into the story that isn’t afraid to make the characters pay for their mistakes with their lives. There is actually a gloomy atmosphere and the contrast, which is provided by Denji and Power breaks the gloom, well, almost perfectly. There is an obvious connection between the two so it’ll be interesting to see how all of that ends up getting expanded upon. After being killed on a job, Denji is revived by his pet devil-dog Pochita and becomes something new and dangerous—Chainsaw Man! Denji is a great protagonist and he kind of represents every horny teenage boy that's ever been down on their luck.
