Inexpensive, beastly performance MONSTER with a heavenly scent trail and sillage that lasts for HOURS. The only reason why I cannot approve of it as a holy grail scent is because of the obvious- it is a clone perfume. It's true that the opening is less harsh, but it's certainly not full Aventus glory -- I'm still wearing Aventus to like a wedding or whatever, ya know?

Got it for 50, and while I do have Aventus, it pains me to say to this would be the much smarter amd prudent purchase. I personally like that the EDT is sharper and more rugged than my old bottles of Aventus, but this LE version presents a more pleasing fruity profile that I will probably reach for more when it's hotter outside. Opening – Aventus opening smells way more natural and pineapple-like, while CDNIM opening smells synthetic, and truth to be told, it wouldn’t be the first time that I heard from others that it smells like a bathroom cleaning product. As it starts drying down, a multitude of notes start emerging: jasmine, rose and smoky pineapple with just the right amount of ambroxan.If you want to cover more surface and “smell a bit further” I’d suggest putting additional two sprays in the dips right beside your clavicle bone. This is closer to Aventus than Sillage is to Silver Mountain Water or Milestone is to Millesime Imperial, and those clones are already close to their original. The fruity notes fade only for the most subtle ones to stay on the skin; the citrus becomes a part of the partition but does not overrule it aymore. I sprayed it once when I went to work at around 7 am, spent a whole day in the office, finished with work around 5 pm, ran some quick errands, and picked up my friend around 6 pm. A 2022 batch of CDNIM smells nearly identical to my 2016-2017 batch of Aventus, especially in the drydown.

I can't speak to performance and maybe I get nose blind after a bit but it seems to last about 3-4 hours. But when the cold night came, that smokiness keep the citrusy notes away from awkward feeling during the night. If we’re talking about the sillage of Club de Nuit Intense Man, I’d say it’s one of the best ones out there, and it leaves a good 6+ feet trail behind you even after 6 or 7 hours. Notes are overall the same as the EDT but it’s wearable now without cringing and the refinement lasts through the mid-notes and into the dry down.

Notes are more blend in together but somehow less citrusy, don't get much Pineapple, more of the dense smoky Birch forward. I like it even if it’s not my favorite and the reactions of others does make it an experience wearing it.A warm blend of exotic notes with a sparkling touch of oriental notes makes Hypo D'or perfume for women something out of. Comparing LE (France) vs Pure Parfum (France), the citrus top notes on the LE last longer and so projects a little more.
