You can also join in a tour and tasting at the distillery or in Broadway – or do one online if you live further afield. Our 1616 Barrel-aged Gin is made by re-distilling our single malt whisky in a copper still and combining it with juniper, coriander, nutmeg, orange peel and other botanicals.

As well as their standard range there are also special edition gins, including a unique Kimchi Gin, with spicy, savoury flavours from Mary’s homemade kimchi. Their flagship Cotswolds Dry Gin – which goes cloudy when you add tonic – is an aromatic London Dry with nine botanicals. A sumptuously luxurious Cotswold Hotel, The Slaughters Manor’s decadent bar beckons gin-lovers from afar. We partner with other local producers and use local ingredients as much as possible when crafting our spirits.

The distillery is run by Sue Mullett, a medical herbalist who started making herbal elixirs before teaching herself to make gin.
