After trying lenses in a TUSA I decided to have bi focal lenses fitted to my Hollis and it was worth it.

On first glance, it’s the kind of mask I would have picked out for myself — frameless, single-lens, and simple. The patented 360° rotatable Micrometric Adjustable Buckle allows users to fine tune their fit by tightening or loosening their strap as needed simply by pressing the easy-to-find buttons above and below the buckle and pulling the teeth through the strap. The Quantum also has a heat exchanger built into the silicone skirt that helps to cool the mask down and keeps the moisture in the air instead of condensing on the glass. The special valve on top seals the tube as you dive, almost totally preventing the entrance of water when the snorkel is submerged.Externally, on the two sides, two thicker lines of silicone are present to stiffen the area, avoiding the mask to squeeze too much on the face. The pink is a pretty iridescent shade, and the mask, while it does have a frame, also has a single lens, which I prefer. You can also style every aspect of this content in the module Design settings and even apply custom CSS to this text in the module Advanced settings. Still, the minimal internal volume can be excellent to reduce the number of equalization actions in deep dives.

In addition, special nerves on the skirt and matt silicone internally and externally make the Cressi Calibro a top level solution. The Cressi F1 features a mono-lens; which I prefer to a double lens as it provides a more uninterrupted view. It does have silicone details to hold it in place but gone are the days of your hair getting tangled up in your mask strap. The masks design features a silicone, double-feathered edge skirt attached directly to a single tempered glass lens. Our divers unanimously agree that this is the case after trying out the mask at all visibilities from 5 to 30m.Tilos Titanica - a single lens diving mask, with silicone designed to mould around the shape of the face, giving a tight but comfortable seal. There’s so much going for frameless dive masks – they’re compact, streamlined, easy to clear and exert less pressure on the wearers face.
