Feeling well rested each morning, so can only imagine this is down to getting better quality sleeps. In this review of Free Soul vegan protein shakes, I’ll give you my honest opinion about whether these protein shakes are any good, so that you can decide whether to go ahead and try them. Now, if you're a seasoned protein drinker you know none of them really taste amazing, but my god, this was hideous. I've tried a lot of different 'greens' products over the years, including various powders and also juicing raw greens of various types. The vegan protein is a bit more expensive than usual, especially if you compare it to to the competitors.

Often vegan protein (especially the kind with Pea Protein in it) can taste a little bitter or leave a lingering taste in your mouth. I’d like to see them make improvements to the sustainability of their packaging and using alternatives to plastic for the scoop that comes in each pack. im also adhd and i dont what it is but my focus and ability to follow through and keep ontop of tasks has increased but gently so its felt more sustainable, no idea if it connected, but its somthing my partner has pointed out, i hadnt realised, i knew i had more energy and less fatigue, overhwelm, brain fog. Like the others, it does have a slight floury aftertaste but, overall, it’s thoroughly enjoyable to drink.
