About this deal

Apparently, the tradition requires the cheese to be cut into eighth-of-a-wheel wedges, and then sliced at about 5mm, and the rind is left on. The next layer consists of butter, caster sugar, ground almonds, cinnamon, orange and lemon zest, eggs, and oloroso sherry.

The best choice for adventure seekers wishing to visit the 2 most iconic areas of South America, in only 1 week and no flights. Also, I had some grains of rice that didn't cook through all the way, I think it needed to rest for longer with the cover on. I used one large duck breast, a little over 1 pound, and cooking time would have been perfect in my slow oven. I think an even longer marinade would be phenomenal, and I'm sure this chicken would be great on the grill. Generally I make a big batch and eat it for several days as a lunch, sometimes omitting the tomatoes if I'm making it for a few days as they don't tend to keep as well (for me at least).

What I thought:I had friends over for a Sunday lunch and cooked Sam and Sam’s clams with white wine and coriander. The subtle use of mixed spices and preserved lemon gives a distinctive flavour to this Moroccan fish stew. The pomegranate garnish was an interesting addition, that I don't think I'd go out of the way to add if I didn't have on hand. I also did the Fatayer from this too – pastry stuffed with pumpkin, pinenuts and fetta cheese (yum is the word you are struggling for). I used shrimp instead of clams, as that is what I had on hand, but will look to repeat this soon with monkfish and clams.

To make Moro accessible, with the home cook at the forefront of our minds,required a different discipline with not too many ingredients and uncomplicatedmethods. The recipes in Moro Easy include Courgette, Lemon and Manchego Salad, SpringGreens with Crispy Chorizo; Brown Rice and Potato Pilaf; Squid Kofte with Mojo Verde;Mackerel with Tomato, Olive and Sherry Vinaigrette; Duck Breasts with Walnut andPomegranate Sauce; Roast Shoulder of Pork Marinated with Orange and Cumin;Pistachio Madeleines and Lemon and Mint Granizado. I didn't notice anything from the coriander seeds and I skipped the chiles (diner request) and parsley. The first time I tried it, the dressing was a bit sweet for me when paired with greens, which is odd, because the molasses by itself is so tart, I scrunch up my face when I taste it.
