In this article, I present you with a review of my current favorite desk lamp for working with miniatures and models: the Neatfi XL 2,200 Lumens LED Task Lamp. If you want to work well and care about your eyes, a more professional long-term solution is a must. I have an older version known as the Lightcraft LED Pro, but the Neatfi 2,200 was a small iteration of that desk lamp. It’s so much lighter so I never have to worry about it possibly falling on a client, it’s sleek and doesn’t take up so much room and the magnification is better. It was inclined with respect to the work surface, creating sharp shadows and difficult to remove as it was fixed to the shelf.But if you wanted one lamp for a lot of different things, including painting miniatures, this would be a great option. I have one of those lamps with built in magnkfication, but the light itself is warm with is less than ideal.
