With HDR turned on, the U3223QE increased slightly in brightness, and colors became a little deeper with HDR turned on in Windows 11. Within a few seconds, the video appeared on the monitor, the laptop detected the USB dongles for my wireless keyboard and mouse that were plugged into the monitor, my external hard drive was detected and the laptop started charging. The Editors' Choice-winning Philips Brilliance 279P1 also has 4K resolution but a smaller (27-inch) screen.
