We had rolled sushi using nori before (with big sheets of nori using a plastic, half-pipe-shaped mold), but the sheets you get with this kit are on the small side, so you can't pack in too much rice or fish because the ends of the nori won't meet to seal properly.

The controls on this Instant Pot are different from earlier models thanks to a large display with plenty of information.
