Construction looks strong and sturdy, comes with an instruction manual and it is very easy to operate (plug it in, turn it on). Since the bath has two doors and is not used much, I keep both doors open so the dehumidifier gets the air from the other 2 BR’s and kitchen area and master bath. Very quiet too run and my wife had pneumonia from the Covid 19 virus for which she was hospitalized and it helping her to breath better now!

The Shinco dehumidifier that is easy to use will have these excellent features: washable filters for maintenance, portable, auto draining for convenience, auto-shutoff, auto-restart, and a drain hose.So, I don’t think it is any of the things you have mentioned: bucket fit, overflow, plug issue, coils icing…. It may seem like an obvious issue, but one possible source of the leak is a disconnected drainage hose. You might have a jammed pump if your dehumidifier has a pump but is still leaking from an overflowing water reservoir or drainage hose.
