Re-assemble the back and sides, and use the pilot holes as guides for drilling countersunk screw holes through the outside faces of the sides and into the back. Next, head to your router table and template-rout the upper and lower side pieces to match one another (see Figure 7). When all the corners are drilled to shape, remove the rest of the waste for the inside cutouts with a jigsaw.
