About this deal

There are three main ingredients that you need to choose when building the flavour of your bubble tea: tea, milk, and bubbles or boba.

As you can adjust the balance of ingredients based on your preference, the best ones are actually made at home! Of course, the most obvious addition to the tea’s flavor comes from the choice of syrup that you use.

You want to make sure there are no air bubbles in the container so that the mini boba balls don’t get hard. We’ll also show you how to make tapioca pearls with matcha, mango, lychee and even rose ones at the end! CHOCOLATE ORANGE DREAMThe beautiful flavour of chocolate coffee supported by the sweet tang of orange popping boba topped with cream and chocolate blossoms. While it is possible to freeze boba, we don’t recommend freezing as the boba won’t be soft and chewy. Compared to regular boba pearls, these are relatively much lower in calories since the only contributing ingredient is the fruit juice itself.

In contrast, popping boba is created from seaweed extract and is filled with juice, so this boba is much more flavorful than tapioca-based boba.Strawberry milk: Popping strawberry boba can make a delightful addition to a plain glass of strawberry milk. Since the dropping process may take you some time, I suggest you scoop the popping boba out after 2 or 3 batches. Popping boba is used in tea just like regular boba balls, but bursting boba also used as a topping for other foods like frozen yogurt. com I love to mention and link to various products, programs, and cool stuff that I use and find amazing.

You might be thinking – “I am vegan (or lactose intolerant) so I won’t be able to try strawberry milk tea nor all its other variations! What makes popping pearls great, aside from it tasting great, is the fact that it requires no cooking at all! We are proud to have launched our Bubbleology Home Kits nationwide at ASDA and Tesco, so that you can now make Bubble Tea at home! You can add food colouring to the sodium alginate and fruit juice mixture to create bright coloured balls. Instead of the black tapioca pearls that make up regular boba, popping boba features small spheres made of seaweed extract that contain fruit juice. If using a small sphere mould to, add the juice to the mould and put it in the fridge again for 4 hours.
