All it is is a little piece of plastic that attachesto your club and is supposed to help with wrist movement and having the right amount of lag in your swing. Swing half way through so right arm is parallel to the ground (3 o’clock position) allowing the rubber band to pull the Swingyde back into your fore arm creating a 90 degree hinge.

I like using it with my backyard hitting net, when I don’t get a chance to get to my normal range because once the position is set correctly on the club hitting into a net is pretty close insofar as positions that the club need through your back swing, impact zone and follow through swing.The Swingyde is inexpensive but it only works on a few aspects of your swing while the SNAP works on even more. When you swing, instead of pointing at your target, which encourages an outside-in move (slice), the adjustable ball joint on the endpoints straight down into your palm, indicating an inside path (draw). In addition, the swingyde can give you feedback on your progress by measuring the speed and accuracy of your swings.

If you have a very weak or strong grip the plastic cup will miss your forearms when setting, due to the unique angles created between your hands and club. This product is only helpful if you actually use it, otherwise, no benefit will come from having this training aid.
