You definitely can do a bit better, but if you are on a budget, some of that savings comes at being at the TC30 being an entry-level mic. But one thing I decided to do was change only the input source on my mic to be dedicated to the TONOR TC30. The TC30 has an excellent off-axis suppression function, allowing it to capture more natural sound and suppress unwanted background noise.Without any assembly, only need to attach the pop filter to the mic tripod, then it can be plug and play. The shock mount works well and looks nice, but it’s a little too plasticky for some, especially when compared to the metal microphone. Clipping creates distortion at each portion of the recording that exceeds the acceptable level for the hardware and software. While the microphone picked up the clacks of the mechanical keyboard’s brown switches, they were fairly dull despite being only a few inches away.
