Traction offers a helping hand for beginning entrepreneurs and others whose businesses are stuck at a point where hard work and determination are no longer enough for them to survive and grow. Some items on the brainstorming list that were dropped in step 2 could become individual priorities. Wickman spends most of his time as an EOS Implementer®, working hands-on with the leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies to help them fully implement EOS in their organizations.
