About this deal

Another nice thing about this book is that, in a way typical of Julia Donaldson, the littlest one saves the day! Although Tyrannosaurus Drip is another good work by Julia Donaldson I found that it didn't quite reach the same level as some of her other picture books. We’ve also made a more professional version of the song, which you can listen to on streaming platforms such as Spotify. The reading ages online suggest the book is for a 6–8-year-old, if reading alone out loud, if not it is suitable for much younger readers too with the help of a parent. The text has lots of rhyming elements so children can practice their speaking out loud and is almost read like a song.

With its dinosaur theme, colorful illustrations and rhyming narrative it's sure to be highly entertaining for children. The chanting got a bit boring, one time or two times is nice, but almost every other page with the chanting?

Adorable and look forward to reading it in story time in full length or shortened or even as a felt story. On Tuesday 20th January we plucked up the courage to go on a dinosaur hunt and find out what was going on. Since then he has illustrated works by authors such as Philip Ardagh, Daren King, Julia Donaldson, Jacqueline Wilson, Tom Baker and Chris Priestley. This is a brilliant story emphasising that just because you are born into a particular society does not mean you will fit in there.Place a blue cloth on the floor or a table to represent the river and arrange the model dinosaurs on each side.

But as they walk around the museum, all Dave wants to know is wherther these dinosaurs are really dead. Finely crack some hard boiled eggs, dip in food colouring and peel after a few hours to make mysteriously patterned eggs to put in your nest. A rhyming text with a memorable refrain, along with a gentle anti-war message and bold, appealing illustrations, will make this book a welcome addition to any child’s library. Everyone knows that tyrannosauruses are big and scary, so when a placid duckbill dinosaur's egg ends up in the wrong nest confusion is sure to ensue! Tyrannosaurus Dripis a fantastic rhyming adventure story from Julia Donaldson, bestselling author of The Gruffalo, with wonderfully funny illustrations from award-winning illustrator David Roberts.

The mean Tyrannosauruses try to capture Drip and take him back to their home, only to realise that it might not be as easy as they think. Enjoy the other stories by Julia Donaldson and David Roberts: The Troll, Jack and the Flumflum Tree, The Flying Bath and The Cook and the King. When he finds his true family, he learns why he is the way he is, and ends up standing up to his other family when they come to attack!
