I love the way this series mixes text and information so students aren’t intimidated and can enjoy learning. We ended up going down a rabbit hole of information on the subject, and I'm so fascinated by the entire thing now.

As a parent I like that the book is easy to read while at the same time including great information for kids - I think this really hides the idea that they are learning something (because that is just so bad!

As was the case with other books I have read by this author, I thought it was well-written and loaded with facts and examples. Over the years, ships have been found floating in the water—abandoned ships in perfect condition, with food still cooking on the stove, but no people on board!
