About this deal

Winterset Hollow was first published on September 1, 2021, and soon earned the praise of critics and peers alike. the group is not alone here, and they are unexpectedly demanded to experience Barley Day in all its horrific glory. best book I've read this year for sure, and possibly the best book I've read in the last few years as well. The result of this rather outlandish experiment is a remarkable piece of fiction that sticks long in the memory. Mark and Caroline found themselves bouncing along Main Street, playfully bumping shoulders and ribbing one another about their respective literate interests, she munching on her turkey sandwich and he with his hands in his pockets as Eamon lagged several steps shy of their pace.

It doesn't matter if you're into Stephen King, Octavia Butler, Jack Ketchum or Shirley Jackson, this is the place to share that love and discuss to your heart's content. It was a remarkable story and an inter-generational marvel, and even after the very first time Eamon sunk his teeth into the charming tale of a clan of animals scrambling to prepare for their yearly Barley Day feast, he immediately understood why the acclaim for E. Adored in particular by Eamon, our protagonist, and a plucky group of teenagers (as is customary), they plan a trip to the island to celebrate the novel, and commemorate its mercurial author. He waited for Caroline to support him with some amount of feigned disdain, which as requested, she expressed with a perfectly judgmental “Mmhmm. Jonathan does a fantastic job of setting up the arrival to the island and really brings this book within a book alive. As they made their way closer to the pier, which looked more like just a big dock than anything official or city-sanctioned, Eamon fiddled with the free ferry passes to Addington Isle that he had stowed away in his hip pocket.

timeless, inimitable books that was simple and pure and patently entertaining on the surface, but so much more underneath. The first two movies I ever saw in theatres was a double feature; ‘The Land Before Time’ and ‘The Great Land of Small. The friendship between the trio, upon which much of the book’s later tension is sustained, feels incredibly natural, with the three playing off and supporting one another in believable ways regardless of the circumstances. My people have been through a lot and frankly, we don’t need your insensitive stereotyping right now, okay?
