Zinsser Perma-White Interior would definitely not be OK for this type of application and unfortunately we have nothing tintable that we could recommend that would be. The topcoat completes the sealing process while providing additional moisture resistance and protection. I'm unsure if l should do a couple of miscoats with this product or if a standard Matt emulsion would be suitable. Assuming the wall is clean dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the Technical Data Sheet this will be suitable for application to a brick wall once it has been primed with Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3.The World’s Strongest Brothers,’ decided that Zinsser AllCoat Exterior would be the perfect product to give the Stoltman Strength Centre a long-lasting and ultra-durable makeover. Don’t wash this secondtreatment off, apply Blackfriar Exterior Wood Preservative Gold StarClearliberally to the dry bare timber, 3 coats wet on wet ideally, leave 3-4 days to dry then apply Zinsser Cover Stainand Zinsser Perma-White Interior as above.

Its unique, safe ingredients prevent mildew and mould growth on the paint film even under the harshest conditions. We would advise priming the clean melamine surface with a coat of Zinsser B-I-N first followed by 2 coats of Zinsser Perma-White Interior.

Assuming the timber stairs are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the Technical data sheet we can recommend one coat of Teamac Metaclor Antifouling Primer followed by 3 coats of Teamac Chlorvar Chlorinated Rubber Paint. Wewould recommend Zinsser B-I-Nto prime the varnish first though, followed by 2 coats of the Perma-White. Please be aware that within the colour tinting system not every colour is available to be tinted across all brands and all finishes.
