The end is a massive cliffhanger, a part of me is glad to be late to the party with this book, now I don’t have to wait too long for the sequel .Every step of her journey, loss, and healing in this book is slow, delicate, careful, heartbreakingly realistic, perfectly depicted, and beautifully handled. Slade’s past and secrets and Auren’s healing while becoming herself after her trauma were an amazing storyline.

At the end of the day, if you already LOVE this series and this Ship, then you will probably love this book as well.
