This won’t be possible using the Sony mount lenses for Fujifilm. You will need to sell everything and buy Fujifilm mount lenses. Nikon G Adapters have a ring on the adapters that allows rough control of the aperture of Nikon G lenses – think of aperture control as opening or closing a faucet – rather than precise F-stops. They Cannot control the aperture of Nikkor E-Type or Nikkor PC-E Lenses. Nikon G adapters will also work with Nikon D-type and manual focus Nikkor F lenses, so if you have both types of lenses – get a Nikon G adapter.

There are some really good content online (youtube) that shows different experiments and how lenses + settings can drastically change the result. However some of the content maybe quite old, and fujifilm may have improved things via a new firmware since. Note:• • This is a manual adapter, so lens functions that rely on electronic communication with the camera body (autofocus, AE metering, image stabilization, etc.) will be disrupted. This Metabones adapter allows Canon FD mount lenses to attach to a Sony E-mount cameras. Metabones adapters are quality made, using precision-machined brass with chromium plating on both the camera-body and the lens sides of the adapter to ensure smooth mounting, quality aesthetic, and durability. Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm (AE metering), or other auto functions are not retained using this adapter. I'm a bit confused by the second part of your response - the purpose of the adapter would be to mount Lumix S lenses to Fuji cameras specifically - I would expect there to be quite a market for that (if it were technically, economically, etc feasible). Am I missing the point? This adapter allows Minolta MD/MC/SR Rokkor lenses to attach to a Sony E-mount camera body. Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or other electronic functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. Manual or aperture priority mode must be used when this adapter is attached. Its all-metal design and polished stainless steel surface provide smooth mounting and long lasting performance.I found this and this - I am more than a bit dubious though. K&F list this adapter as being for mounting Leica M to Fuji and they don't even list L mount as a category of lens for which they make adapters. Either the 2 outlets are mis-selling or they know something we don't. This Fotodiox adapter features a built-in 10-stop variable neutral density filter to control the amount of light entering the camera which enables shooting in bright daylight while still using wide apertures for shallow depth of field. It also helps with fast exposure adjustments when going from bright to low light. A bright blue metal ring manually adjusts the filter from ND2-ND1000.

None of the first-party lenses (Leica, Sigma, Panasonic) are all-manual. Whereas, IRIX, Kipon, Sirui, Venus etc, generally provide lenses in Fuji X and Leica L both already. The problem is that to do an AF-coupled adapter, you need to know the mount data protocols. To do that properly you need the documentation and tooling which will only come with membership of the Alliance. Reverse engineering is possible of course, but as Tamron found with their Canon R initiatives that's fraught with both technical and legal implications. This adapter allows you to attach a Contax G lens to a Sony E camera body. Focusing is done using a focus dial and internal focus pin. Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or other electronic functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. Manual or aperture priority mode must be used when this adapter is attached. Its all-metal design and polished surface provide smooth mounting and long lasting performance with a leaf spring mechanism for ‘No Play’ fit. This Adapter for Sony E Mount Camera and SC Nikon/Canon Lens from Voigtlander allows you to attach Nikon or Contax SC-mount rangefinder lenses to a Sony E-mount cameras. This adapter is for Nikon S Rangefinder or Zeiss Contax Rangefinder lenses WITH focusing helicals – not for modern Nikon lenses or Contax G lenses.

Where a Work is re-sold via the Gallery, Urth will receive 20% of the total re-sale price of the Work. KIPON Macro Lens Mount Adapter with Helicoid uses an adjustable helicoid for macro close focus while retaining infinity focus with Nikon F lenses on fullframe Sony E-Mount cameras. For a start, even if a willing responder advises what they know it is very unusual for anyone to have more than one version of a single adapter type. Of course they can only comment on what they know. This Novoflex adapter allows you to mount a M 42 lens to Sony E-Mount cameras with a precision mechanical adapter. The adapter does not transfer functions from the camera to the lens, such as auto focus, but automatic exposure metering (stop-down metering/aperture priority) is possible. Don't go for the very cheapest but set yourself for something that might still be economical and looks well enough made - they usually are.

Canon FD/FL to Sony E-Mount Lens Adapters

The LA-EA5 combines a compact design, featuring an aperture drive unit and a newly developed compact AF drive unit. To ensure comfortable operation when used on an E-mount camera body, the new adaptor’s diameter matches that of the A-mount, perfectly aligning with the edges of the mount. The LA-EA5 allows easy operation on full-frame E-mount bodies, even when a vertical grip is attached to the camera body. Pricing and Availability I think it is my mistake not to consider other brands that cause me to be not satisfied with the current one I have (more like because of jumping on hype train). Sony a6400 is a great camera but I need the great slow motion footage without losing that much of details (at least 60fps is enough for me). And after having like 3-4 sessions, I also think that I do not really need the strong feature Sony a6400, that is the unlimited recording time, because I only shoot 15 mins max for a single take. So the 30 minutes recording limit on Fuji is fine by me. Fortunately, if I sell all the lenses with the Sony a6400 it can still cover the X-T4 body with a Viltrox 23mm f1.4 lens.
