Again this is a personal preference, but with regard to fresh gypsophila, many people prefer Xlence as it has large, bright white flowers. Once the pieces from the one stem of baby’s breath is bunched together, you can see that a little goes a long way. Depending on your dominant hand, hold a couple of stems in the ‘bunch’ hand and feed the rest of the gypsophila into it, one by one, in a spiralling technique.
