Nice, Mean, and In-Between: The in-between to Patty's nice and Violet's mean. Lucy is extremely self-centered and callous, but unlike Violet, she's not above helping others when possible. Superiority complex aside, Lucy has the ability to be down-to-earth. Everyone Loves Blondes: A few of his crushes each had blonde hair, such as Mary Jo, Mimi, and possibly Janice.

Tomboy with a Girly Streak: Harriet is the toughest of the birds, but she's also the one that's good at baking. Little Miss Snarker: From her very first appearance, she may well be considered the queen of Little Misses Snarkers. Of course, sarcasm was far from the only thing that made her what she was. Linus and Lucy's younger brother, born in 1972. He was never given a true name, and was always referred to as "Rerun" after a comment that Lucy made about another younger brother being akin to a TV rerun. No Indoor Voice: While all the characters can do it to a degree, Lucy is the unrivalled master of it.

The Peanuts Snoopy illustration, Snoopy Wood Hug YouTube, snoopy, white, text, hand png 2823x5705px 2.06MB The Ghost: Although she was first mentioned on May 26, 1959, she was constantly talked about by Charlie Brown and his friends, but not officially introduced to the strip until August 23, 1959. Schroeder: Ugh! I've been kissed by a girl! Ugh! I've been poisoned! Get some iodine! Get some hot water! note This is, however, the exact way that Lucy reacts when kissed by Snoopy, so it's likely that Schroeder was deliberately trolling her. Masculine Girl, Feminine Boy: The soft spoken feminine boy (one of three) to Lucy's short-tempered masculine girl.

Logical Latecomer: Franklin was like this, questioning bits of weirdness that the other characters took for granted such as Snoopy's World-War One helmet and Lucy's psychiatric booth. Child Prodigy: He may be a child who only plays on a toy piano but he has the talent to rival some of the greatest piano players who ever lived. He has mastered complex compositions by both Beethoven and Mozart before he could even speak. Pet the Dog: Of the three "mean girls" (Patty, Violet, and Lucy), Patty was by far the most likely to do something nice for someone, and was on friendlier terms with Charlie Brown than the other two. She also was rarely mean to Charlie Brown unless she was with one of the others. A Day in the Limelight: She was the star of She's A Good Skate Charlie Brown, and has major subplots in a lot of the later specials, adapted from her mostly-solo stories in the strip. She's also the main focus in Charlie Brown and Snoopy Presents: To Mom (and Dad), With Love. (see Breakout Character). Named by the Adaptation: Heather in the TV show, and the movie gives her the full name of Heather Wold.

Unseen No More: Even if it's known Charlie Brown has a crush on her, the Little Red-Haired Girl never appears in the comic strips to confront him about it. She does appear a few times in animated adaptations, and her current design is based on her movie appearance. Breakout Character: Almost as much as Snoopy. Schulz once said he felt Peppermint Patty was his only character besides Charlie Brown who was 'strong' enough to carry a strip by herself.
